PB & "Q"J

You’ll chomp down this PB & J made with your own quince jam!

  • 1 quince, cored
  • 1Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

 

"Jam" to your favorite music as you place each ingredient in a slow-cooker.

Turn temperature to low/medium. Let cook slowly for 2 ½ to 3 hours on low, until liquid has reduced. Let cool.

Spread your quince jam on a peanut butter sandwich and you’ll be smacking your lips!
